多様化の必要性はビジネス界だけでなく、アート業界でも叫ばれ始めています。
アーティストだけでなく、文化事業の現場をつくり動かしてきたマネジメント側の現状を覗いてみると多様な就労形態とはかけ離れた自己実現や夢といった言葉の裏の労働環境やジェンダー格差などの社会問題が横たわっています。今回「アートと労働」に焦点を当て、今日のアート業界の現状を知りながら、これからのアートと多様性の可能性を探ります。

MARIKO MORI森 真理子日本財団 DIVERSITY IN THE ARTS パフォーミングアーツ・グループ チーフ・ディレクターアートプロデューサー、日本財団 DIVERSITY IN THE ARTS勤務、torindo代表理事。
京都造形芸術大学舞台芸術研究センター等での勤務の後、2007年より、シアターカンパニー「マレビトの会」ほか、フリーランスで舞台芸術・音楽・美術の企画制作・プロデュースを行う。2009年より京都府舞鶴市でのアートプロジェクト「まいづるRB」ディレクターを務め、地域と連携した事業を実施。2012年「一般社団法人torindo」を立ち上げ、代表理事を務める。主なプロデュース作品に日比野克彦「種は船プロジェクト」(2009-2013)、砂連尾理「とつとつダンス」(2010-)等。「六本木アートナイト2014」や「さいたまトリエンナーレ2016」の企画にも携わる。
現在、日本財団DIVERSITY IN THE ARTSにて「True Colors Festival –超ダイバーシティ芸術祭-」フェスティバル・ディレクターを務める。Art Producer, The Nippon Foundation DIVERSITY IN THE ARTS, Representative director of torindo.
After working at the Kyoto Performing Arts Center of the Kyoto University of Art and Design, since 2007, she has been planning and producing theater arts, music, and art as a freelancer as well as the producer of “Marebito Theater Company”. Since 2009, she has been the director of the art project “Maizuru RB” in Maizuru, Kyoto. In 2012, she founded “torindo” as a representative director.
Major produced works include Katsuhiko Hibino “Seed is a Ship Project” (2009-2013), Osamu Jareo “Totsutotsu Dance” (2010-). Also involved in planning for “Roppongi Art Night 2014” and “Saitama Triennale 2016”.
Currently, she is the Festival Director of “True Colors Festival” at The Nippon Foundation DIVERSITY IN THE ARTS. -
YAYOI YOSHIZAWA吉澤 弥生共立女子大学文芸学部 教授YAYOI YOSHIZAWA吉澤 弥生共立女子大学文芸学部 教授社会学者／共立女子大学文芸学部教授、NPO法人地域文化に関する情報とプロジェクト[recip]理事、NPO法人アートNPOリンク理事。大阪大学大学院修了、博士（人間科学）。労働、政策、運動、地域の視座から現代芸術を研究。近著に「アートマネジメントと、非物質的労働の価値」白川昌生・杉田敦編著『芸術と労働』（水声社、2018）、「アートNPOの展開と実態 ─新たな公共性の担い手として」『文化政策の現在 第二巻 拡張する文化政策』（東京大学出版会、2018）ほか。単著に『芸術は社会を変えるか？ ─文化生産の社会学からの接近』（青弓社、2011）。またネットTAM講座実践編「アートと労働」（2019）を連載（全3回）。
